Do you replace my team?
No. I work alongside your team. Goal is to build their capabilities so they can lead growth independently. I gradually reduce involvement as they grow.
What if we need more hours?
We adjust. If $2,500 isn't enough, we scale to $3,500 or $5,000. Conversely, if you need less, we can reduce.
