What kind of experiments?

Organic channels: content repurposing, partnership outreach, community building, paid organic (minimal spend). We avoid paid ads in favor of earned/owned channels.

Do I have to do 3 months?

Yes. Growth experimentation requires time. Most winners emerge in months 2-3. A single month is enough to identify what doesn't work, not what does.

What results should I expect?

Varies wildly. On average, clients find 1-2 new channels that work. CAC improvement of 20-40%. 2-3x increase in pipeline from experimenting.

Do you manage paid ads?

No. This focuses on earned and owned channels where CAC is lower and long-term value is higher. If paid ads make sense, we discuss that separately.
